By using the DessertsLu website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Payment
All orders are processed upon receipt of payment via Zelle. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within 48 hours.
Custom Orders
Custom cotton candy stands are made to order. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for preparation. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Pickup & Shipping
Local pickup is available in Peoria, AZ. Shipping is available within the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Refunds are issued via Zelle. Custom orders that have entered production cannot be refunded.
Limitation of Liability
DessertsLu is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of our products. Please review ingredients and consult with your physician if you have food allergies.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
